Do you want to help make History

Site Plans
After my recent illness, I realised that I'm not going to be around forever, morbid I know, but none of us are going to live forever and you can only hope that your remembered when your gone. That got me thinking about what I'm going to leave behind when I do go. The answer was 'Bearpark-Online', it is my legacy.
The only other thing I can do is try to ensure that the website continues after I have gone. To do this I planned what needed to be done.

- I must make it as easy as I can for others to update the site - done
- I must improve the documentation/ help system
- I must encourage others to start uploading content to the site
- The Club - could upload competition results, events, turns, etc.
- Parish Council - could upload news letters, events, activities, meeting minutes, etc
- The Community Centre - could upload - events, activities, etc.
- Train folkes to help administer the site
- The Club - One of the commitee men or the club steward
- Parish Council - anyone connected with the parish council, most likely the secretary
- The Community Centre - whoever runs the community centre(caretaker), takes bookings etc.
- I must make the site pay for it's self - it's not that expencive so this shouldn't be so difficult with a small amount of advertising
Now so far I suppose I sound pretty morbid and it was a pretty low point in my life, but I'm really looking forward to seeing the website grow now I'm feeling better. And although I hope to achieve the same goals, my motivation is now more positive.
Anyone wanna volunteer? please post bellow, stating what help you can offer, any suggestions, anything.
I cannot possibly involve myself in every project in and around Bearpark, I'd end up demented. I will however help anyone who wants to post anything related to Bearpark on the site, I'll provide as much or as little advise as you need, create new sections or even develope additional functionality if required.
Just to confirm what I'm offering for free is:
my proffessional help and advise and even allowing free webspace for any person or organisation that will contribute to the site, it's a great opportunity for anyone wanting to learn more about the internet, wanting to gain interest via the internet for thier local activity or want to share info about thier hobby or interest.
Please get in touch, lets show how Bearpark's community can work together and make Bearpark-Online fantastic.
Before any of the above can happen I need voluteers to help, we need to become an organisation instead of me (an individual) running the site.
